Are the accommodations all in one building?
Our accommodations are not all in one building, but rather within several buildings in the historic center of Santo Stefano di Sessanio.
Are the accommodations in the historic center of Santo Stefano di Sessanio?
Yes, all our accommodations are located both in the upper part of the historic center and in the lower part.
Can I reach the property or accommodations by car?
It's not possible to reach the property or the entrances by car, as most of Santo Stefano di Sessanio's historic center is pedestrianized. You can reach the property by car, located approximately 40 meters from our reception entrance.
Are there parking areas near the accommodations?
Yes, both for the reception/accommodations located in the highest part of the village and for those in the lowest part, the closest parking areas are within a maximum distance of 100 meters.
Parking is public, unattended, free, and requires no reservation.
Do the accommodations have independent entrances?
Yes, all our accommodations have private and independent entrances. The reception is merely a point of contact for our guests and not a means of accessing the accommodations.
Are the accommodations accessible to people with disabilities?
No, unfortunately our accommodations, which respect the original layout of the buildings that house them, are not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
In fact, the presence of both internal and external staircases is very common.
What time is check-in time on the day of arrival and what time must check-out be on the day of departure?
On the day of arrival, accommodations are generally available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. If available, early arrival is possible, by prior arrangement with the reception staff, until 12:00 PM.
On the day of departure, you can leave the accommodations from 9:00 am until 10:00 am.
Any early or late departures can be agreed upon with the reception staff.
Does the property have a concierge service?
Yes, our hotel offers a concierge service to help guests with all their needs, such as booking various types of tickets, arranging chauffeured transfers, and much more.
Is babysitting available?
Yes, babysitting is available upon reservation. For more details on availability and costs, please contact our reception.
Is it possible to bring pets?
Yes, pets are allowed, but not in all accommodations and upon prior notification to the reception staff.
To avoid the unpleasantness of past incidents, our facility has adopted a set of rules regarding the stay of pets in our accommodations.
Pets are permitted only if they accept the specific rules, which are provided directly by the reception staff, and are subject to an additional charge of €15.00 per night. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges.
Is smoking allowed in the accommodation?
No, smoking is not permitted in any of our spaces.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is always included, except for specific rates that specifically exclude it.
What kind of breakfast is it?
Breakfast is self-catering, meaning everything you need is provided in the accommodations and guests are completely independent in preparing it.
Upon request, it is possible to have products dedicated to people with particular food intolerances (gluten-free, lactose-free foods, etc.)
Are bed linen, bath linen and cleaning included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are always included.
Daily tidying of the accommodation is not included. The accommodations are checked every two days to change any towels and beds and to add breakfast items.
Do the accommodations have internet connection?
Yes, our premium Wi-Fi internet connection is available in all areas of our facility without any upload or download limitations.
Is heating included?
Yes, heating and all utilities are always included, the apartments are delivered already warm.
Does the property have an on-site restaurant?
No, our facility does not currently have an on-site restaurant but collaborates with restaurants in the village.
What are the closest train stations?
The closest train stations are Pescara and Rome Tiburtina.
